Tried to use the Apps troubleshooter link you provided and got the bulletin that it would not work on my version of Windows(10). Automatic updates enabled and everything is up to date. Using Windows Defender and checked Windows Firewall is fix to allow the app through. Cheers for the help info.

I ran it in Prophylactic Mode with Networking and problem followed. I then ran a Clean Kicking (unchecked all third political party software and disabled all startup items) and got this error message when trying to run apps (Hulu, Netflix, and Weather): "Hulu tin't be opened using the Congenital-in Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try once again".
Whatever more suggestions?

I ran the DISM commands and got these letters; 1st (Scanhealth) returned the message; No Component store corruption detected. The operation completed successfully. The 2nd (Restorehealth) returned this message; The restore operation completed successfully. The functioning completed successfully.
It seems that the only apps that are afflicted access the internet direct. IE explorer withal works merely, the apps don't. This problem seems to stem from my trying to apply a router to connect an older reckoner running XP. Since I did not want the XP machine to access the internet straight I thought I would try the Share feature of the Windows 10 automobile and this was the first of my problem. Hope this helps with the troubleshooting.
